The Seafood Show Latin America is a CARBON NEUTRAL event. This means that the inevitable emissions of greenhouse gases are quantified and then compensated in the same proportion, through support for environmental projects.
SELECTIVE COLLECT
& WASTE MANAGEMENT
A practice carried out for more than two decades at fairs promoted by FRANCAL FEIRAS and which reaffirms the commitment to reducing the environmental impacts of large events. Waste sorting is done through a partnership with LC Almeida Ambiental.
Specialized professionals responsible for logistics, follow and monitor all waste generated in the processing phases :

Starting with the bins made from sustainable and biodegradable material, cardboard is present throughout the event in the form of specific bins for recyclable and organic products. Being selective, they contribute to the sorting, agility and entire logistics of destination of recyclable waste.
REUSE AND DESTINATION
The visitor’s badge holder and printed credential after completing the visit to the fair have certain destination and everyone can contribute by leaving the materials in a specific urn at the exit of the event.
REDUCTION OF PRINTED MATERIAL
Presence of more digital solutions to reduce the amount of printed material at the event.

INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY
The event selects and hires PCD professionals for the staff.
