The Brazilian Sushi Championship is much more than a competition – it’s a real showcase for the talent and creativity of the best sushimans in the country. During the Latin American International Fish Trade and Technology Fair, participants demonstrate refined techniques, precise skills and innovation in the art of sushi.
In the previous edition, the attraction featured a special guest: Sensei Hirotoshi Ogawa, director of the AJSA Sushi Skills Institute and organizer of the renowned Sushi World Cup in Japan. A unique moment for lovers of Japanese cuisine and professionals in the field to learn from one of the world’s great sushi masters.
